8 Week Yoga Series: spring into spring with 8 weeks of yoga that will aid in cleansing the body of this long, snowy winter's layers. The yoga practice will tone the physical body, but will also prepare the mind and heart for the changes that spring will inevitably bring.

Mary-Ann's children's classes offer something for every child. By using all kinds of fun ways to make yoga poses appropriate for kids, children develop strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing exercises and child friendly visualizations promote the ability to focus, relax and develop self-control. Her classes also support children in becoming more confident, with a greater sense of inner-strength, and a deepened sense of love and respect for themselves and others.
